Heating Oil Assistance for select states

This is for the states: 
Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, and Wisconsin.
Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program provides a one-time delivery of 100 gallons of home heating oil to low income families. Over 1.2 million families are helped each and every year.
Call 1-877-JOE-4-OIL (1-877-563-4645) to learn more or apply for the Oil Heat program. The program does have limited funding and supplies, so be sure to apply early and do not wait.
