Free Cell phone with 250 minutes a month for people with low incomes

Safelink wireless is a government supported program that provides cell phone and up to 250 minutes per month to people with low incomes or people that are on food stamps, public housing, or mediciad.

Each state has different guidelines. In general, you probably will qualify if you meet these conditions:
  1. You receive Public Housing Assistance, Food Stamps or Medicaid.

    OR

  2. Your income is around poverty level
You can not be receiving this service through another carrier and you need a physical address in the US.
